Delete your account.
Two ways to do it. Both remove everything, permanently, with nothing kept back and no way to restore it.
From inside the app
This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.
- Open Sampati and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. That is the last step — there is no undo.
By email, if the app is gone
Write to privacy@sampati.app from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my Sampati account.
The request is verified against that address and then carried out. Nobody will ask you for a password, an OTP or a card number — if someone does, it is not us.
What goes
All of it. There is no soft delete and no archive kept on the side.
If you want to keep a copy, export first — Settings has a one-tap CSV or JSON export of every entry. Do it before you delete; afterwards there is nothing left to export.
- Every transaction, transfer, income entry and payslip
- Accounts, balances, institutions and the names you gave them
- Budgets, bills, goals, streaks and reviews
- Share, gold and silver holdings, trades and IPO applications
- Money lent and borrowed, and the people you filed it under
- Capture drafts, statement imports and inbox alerts
- AI credits and the record of what they were spent on
- Your sign-in, held by Clerk, and your email address and name
